After long time i have got a topic..... In this blog am going to make it little vulgar... SORRY GIRLS !

I know India is a democratic country.... we have all the rights to comment, vote, live n Laugh. But then few things makes a huge difference on not following the ethics.... Example you need to follow ethics at office, when emailing, at bus, at restaurants, etc... So on ! If you don't follow nothing is going to affect immediately, for sure its gonna bang your head some time.... In the same sense... my intention, opinion, anger about the (girls) Dressing !

Few Quotes that impressed me on Dressing ethics;

"If your dressing is perfect obviously you are perfect"

Dressing sense Represents your Attitude and Confidence. Start thinking about your what you should wear to where and why today!

Don't dress for others, Dress for yourself.

"A person's perception is based on how they look and dress. Dressing reflects whether person is a hardly worker or hard worker."

But now a days... Girls(not all girls) prefers to expose her body than covering her body?
You may wear western or ethnic or traditional or xyz to office, roads, streets,& shopping malls but THINK you don't demand respect, you earn it from others naturally. Your beauty is not exposing your flesh, but exposing your righteous attitude , character and knowledge. So why unnecessary skin shows in public places ???

Think Girls, I agree & respect you freedom of dressings given by your partners, parents.
It shouldn't be provoking. Either Western or Indian dress should be decent not exposing your skin & body. Only when you give a chance harassment/ mistakes happen. Am not supporting for guys... but its a fact. Think ! Think ! Take any incidents, that will be the key.

Safety first, than your choices ! I have seen several harassment's at Bangalore during late-nights, New years ever celebrations & at parties... I know you must have heard about it, what happens at Bangalore. Why to experience with your Body & Mind with such a nightmares ?

Guys normally tend to comment on only such SKIN SHOW girls, even myself (i am not a saint to close my eyes), they respect & admire girls if she dresses proper ! I am sure no guy will deny it.

Also, don't you think its a physical threat to female employees who wear western style dress in a exposed style while on duty or on public roads?

Bottom line:
Don't take a trail with such a incidents, its a embarasing moments for the family, friends & to your partner. So Think, Dress decently... Happpy & safe living.

Yesterday I watched a movie at my friend’s house... One scene was very nicely portrayed.

It was the conversation between two lovers, i guess its late night 9'o clock in the street like Bangalore, with high traffic, both walking in the pathway which was built on the sides of the road, It was quite dark & under the orange sodium vapor lamp ... That had a huge fight, both were arguing for more than hour... both forgot their smile, love for those moments. Fighting is not new to them it seems.


The guy was very very hungry. The girl was very very angry.

To change her mood, the guy the guy asked “Come lets have dinner at some available restaurant.”

The girl replied “ I don’t want anything now”.

He started pleading, “Come lets go… lets go…. I am sure you will be hungry too.“

The guy always used to have dinner with her, and then drop her at house. The guy even asked, “Where will I have dinner without you?” , "Come lets go, I am hungry from quite sometime, please come"

The girl replied, “Go & have where ever you want”, because he was totally angry towards the guy. She was already weeping.

Guy got totally broken “ ! ”, he was thinking why is she showing anger towards food because of him/ somthing else. Atlast the guy dropped her at home & both slept without having food.

Why wait

Heck, I put away blogging for these many days, because I have stopped it without any reason. Here i go... I have completed two years at Wipro technologies. Really proud of it. This is the first time that I feel have earned respectability, precisely because I happen to be just like all the others. Personally, I am very happy with this completion. This is big turn for me, my life & for my career.And I am also quite cheerful for myself.

The reason?

This is the FIRST time in my whole goddamn life that I have reached something which the world approves of and endorses.

I should thank my parents, college buddies, friends, peers.
ALSO to All managers, My computer at office, Pantry boys, Barista coffee maker, Swipe in machine(which has always failed to log), Electronic-city autos, Conference rooms (where bullshits are pilled, place were we laugh for poor jokes just to make others happy, where 0% technicality, need for the project is discussed but 100% bullshit happens everytime), thanks to MS Word, Excel for documenting all bullshits.

Mistakes comes with the reason

Yesterday, myself & my friend were having Roti curry @ a Restuarant in BTM,I was damn hungry like as usual, we both were sitting in one side of the table, & In other side there was a couple having roti curry, both just had few pieces from the rotis, they both left more than half in the plate itself... then the left the place.. The cleaner asked me where are they, I said they have left, we didnt know who they are... He felt very very bad why they have left the food,He was almost broken on seeing the left out food... the cleaner knows the worth of food, also i was thinking a what couple they are to waste the food, Even i dont know the worth of the food, Since i get food on time,I learnt.... we will know the worth of something only when its missed,I ate one & half of the roti in 5 mins, But friend was having it quite slow,Suddenly my friend he saw an black small hair peeping out from the gravy,he thought it was imli's piece, But it was a big insect.... &%#$, yuck... we both couldnt digest.... how come such a reputed restuarant do this...I blasted them, & we quitted the Restuarant....

Even we left the food, we happen to leave the food,

am sure even we must be victim for the curses from that cleaner.

Realizing Relationships!

Over years I have sensed that relationships with others are either about acceptance, compulsion, sometimes just a silent presence. Acceptance is participation by with the interest & desire with other’s lives. Compulsion, there is a need to maintain few relations, since there is no other go. Silent presence ensures a measured response, gives a great feeling what even words cannot do.

There is a meaning to everything. You will be able to find joy in any thing, we fall in love with simple thing, as the world around and inside renews bonds, forms new ones. Then I watched, experienced the distances that have made their presence felt in their relationships. But at the same time, I need to remind myself that sometimes life keeps away those you really care about. Also, we wont knowing the worth of a person, thing until we miss it. That’s just how things are. So try to miss a person, to know the worth. Just miss them for a while, & not forever.

But when there is rejection in the relationship, the real death. But the one thing I have learnt is that we can’t strive for acceptance when the person in front doesn’t himself know the reason for rejection. We can’t force people to love when they choose to remain focused on doubt. We can’t help people understand others when they don’t understand themselves. But we are all unique to our self.

Many people walks in our life, but very few leave the footprints in our heart. Remember, the unknown someone’s who are far away from you, who travel on a different road from yours. If they join you sometime during the journey of your life, your goals are the same. If not, that is their road to walk. You walk on yours.

huh ? Don't mistake me on seeing the title, actually the title is incomplete ! You can always count my vote for Mobile phones innovations.

I do hate it now a days !! Because I am being scr##ed up literally by my cubicle mate now a days, May be she had worked in a BPO earlier, but then we never asked her prove it to us. From morning 9 to evening 6 most of the times ,she always on mobile... She keeps talking, talking, Talking... Non-Stop... I am not bothered of what she is doing... But everyone around her is being disturbed... even after reporting it to her several times. Next thing is the way she uses the key board... Even a DTS speaker will fail to produce such a noise. Try imagining my hell !




To all BPO folks( I don't want to generalize, since i have heard the same issues from several peoples)... We know you peoples are good in communicating over phone ... Please maintain Cubicle Etiquette While talking on the phone, keep your conversation volume to a normal level. No one likes to hear constant chattering or high pitched laughing. At one point of time they feel irritated with your voice, how ever you are. Just because you are in a cubicle does not mean that sound will not travel to surrounding areas. Though cubicle etiquette covers the rule of privacy, it is a good idea to get out of the cubicle when your conversation is going to be quite longer.


Work colleagues should not feel apprehensive when approaching another cubicle. Keeping a fine balance between privacy and accessibility will improve relations with colleagues. If cubicle etiquette is respected, the workplace will become more productive and harmonious environment.

Practical Decisions needs GUTS !

" Being practical " means going by what others say and think is RIGHT... who often prefers choosing 'safe' way which is of less risks... or Prefer travelling with the most travelled path. I believe that People who take risk, may succeed or may not succeed, they go by their intuitions more than they go by their brain... they follow the other way...but in the end they have this feeling of satisfaction which is divine and the feeling part is left for the heart to do.

If I am not wrong we Indians are very poor is taking a Practical decisions, because neither School/College taught us to take a practical decision or to handle a stress situations, Also our educational system never provided any option to take a Smart decision, So many people give up or get lost of their worst decisions.. But then other might succeed with with the same approach. I feel the circumstances and reality is not what u read in books, But in reality everyone makes mistakes even after learning those so defined concepts/practices. I remember a quote that i read over a [ guys] T-Shirt :-) in the MG road "Good decisions come from experience, and experience comes from bad decisions".

Here I go with the purpose of this Blog. I agree its going to very subjective. Since your decisions are totally dependent on lots of factors, persons, priorities, ambitions. Life doesn't allow us to live it on our own terms & That is LIFE.

Which is Smart & Practical ?

1. Working for an Organisation for long term without proper Hike (in par with the other companies), Designation, Benefits, Compensation ? #
# You will have to compromise on lots of things.
# You might get a Good career on being long term.... But again no Guarantee !
# No better compensation for your loyalty & dedication.

Or

2. Hopping organisations for what we need in terms of Money, Designation, On-site or what ever the need is ? *
* Risk involved - No Job Security.
* One might be chucked out any time for cost cutting.

I need your reply/views, provided if you have 2 or 3 Min's to do so, Because very soon or later you will be facing or you would have faced the same situation.
Make it Smart & Practical with out any hurt, All the best !

New Year - hang over !


Well !

One always looks very energetic on their Birth days, I am not sure with others.... But i usually find a big difference on that day... its not just because i was born on that day.... but something more that... That's for sure... !!

What I felt after the new year's night (31st Dec 2007) is, New year should come very often, actually it is very nice to see every one around us wearing a noble smiles & even they looked very energetic.... which is never a practice of a Software engineers, why not we try to look the same for rest of the days in the year ? I have had noticed most of them in my office in the very morning having a very long face, with timid looks & lacking with the boldness.

Cheer up folks... Lets try to live each day like there is no tomorrow !
