Life as i see ......

My mind had been wavering a lot in search of a topic to Blog,
After traveling through many things,

What is life? What are Changes?
Actually, what is bad? What is good?

Everything can’t be good nor can it be totally bad to a person
Or everything that seems like good to one need not be good!
That is (all) life about, as we see it…

For a person boozing, drinking is bad,
But the same is a pleasure to the rest.
For A Vegetarian (feels dead animal) flesh and meat is sick,
But for a Non – Vegetarians it is a delight!!
Each of us holds different view and has our own choices….

We say I am right and you are wrong.
We say this is bad and that is good.
And the purpose of life is never served,
Life and our thoughts are never balanced.

Years back, having a telephone was a rare thing and was a matter of pride
But now mobile phones have become a very common thing,
It’s a necessity to most of them and a nuisance to rest.
But now it’s in everybody’s pocket, also as a nuisance to others,
What was bad few years back have become now too good ,
But today we find the same thing as good.

Earlier it was (said) “Early to bed, awake arise”,
Nowadays lot of discoveries and major happenings happens only @ mid-night.
During my childhood days my mother used to tell me stories,
For which these days Tutors are needed, with all sorts of extra Medias.
Earlier Tuitions were for dumb fellows,
But now thousands of Training Institutes had have lined up.
As I said a while back,
What appeared bad has turned out Good & good to has become bad.

"As in Geethacharam (The Essence of the Bhagavad-Gita)
Whatever has happened, has happened Good
Whatever is happening, is happening good
Whatever will happen in the future, will happen Good
What did you loose?
Why do you cry?
What did you bring to loose?
What did you create to go as waste?
Whatever you took, you took it from here
Whatever you gave, you gave it here
Whatever is yours today will be someone else's tomorrow
(Another day it will be somebody else's)
This is the rule of the World

Our surroundings changes, Friends change(s),
Technology – domain changes,
After some years we Guys get tummy & balled head,
Girls put on a lot of weight, no where near to their teen-ages,
Serious things get funnier as time grows !!

This is life; never take anything in life for granted,
There are still lots of miles to travel…….a long way to go ;
Change is the only thing which is permanent,
As a quote in Tamil says “Maatrangal ondru dhan Nirandharam”

Yes, I know the definition of life…..which life itself had taught me!
Management Principles:
" To err is human, But to blame someone else shows management potential !! "

Hope everybody agrees with it!! Since a quote itself implies a proved act from the past or out of experience. Consider a Customer, Staff; Supervisor, Boss and Manager who is one level up than their sub-ordinates, who always has to wave their tail to their supervisor to make them feel better and to be safe.

In such a scenario, say a mistake happens in or within the organization or system.

Who is actually blamed, in spite of who has actually committed the mistake??
Yes, obviously the sub-ordinate, student is blamed [Read the proof]

There always exists a proof for such a picture.

Rule 1: A Customer, Supervisor, Manager never commits a mistake.
Rule 2: If they happen to commit, Read Rule 1 & go to Rule 3.
Rule 3: Only their direct sub-ordinates will be blamed & fired.

If your Manager doesn’t know something, it is called in-significant, [they will have a answer ]But if you don’t know something, it is a MISTAKE.

There always exists a proof for such a picture too.

Rule 1: Manager & You are supposed to know something.
Rule 2: If your manager doesn't know it, then that isn't a Major one.
Rule 3: If you doesn't know the same, then it's a Vital information.

[ Out of my experience ]

" ... don't have an email"

A jobless man applied for the position of "office boy" at Microsoft. The HR manager interviewed him then watched him cleaning the flooras a test. "You are employed" he said."Give me your e-mail address andI'll send you the application to fill in, as well as date when youmay start. The man replied "But I don't have a computer, neither anemail."I'm sorry", said the HR manager,"If you don't have an email, that means you do not exist. And who doesn't exist, cannot have thejob. The man left with no hope at all.He didn't know what to do, with only $10 in his pocket. He thendecided to go to the supermarket and buy a 10 Kg tomato crate. He then sold the tomatoes in a door to door round. In less than twohours, he succeeded to double his capital. He repeated the operationthree times, and returned home with $60. The man realized that hecan survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and return lateThus, his money doubled or tripled every day.Shortly, he bought acart, then a truck, then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.5 years later, the man is one of the biggest food retailers in the US.He started to plan his family's future, and decided to have a lifeinsurance. He called an insurance broker, and chose a protectionplan. When the conversation was concluded, the broker askedhim his email.

The man replied, "I don't have an email".
The brokeranswered curiously, "You don't have an email, and yet have succeededto build an empire. Can you imagine what you could have been if youhad an email?!!"

The man thought for a while and replied,
"Yes, I'dbe an office boy at Microsoft!"

Moral of the story:
1) Internet is not the solution to your life.
2) If you don't have internet, and work hard, you can be amillionaire.

Save Electric City , Save INDIA.
All you have to do is Switch OFF the monitor before you leave home !!

Have a nice day !!
Hero, President, Revolutioner

Not every body's death is determined or planned

Saddam Hussein, a Smart Hero, himself a social revolutionary and a modernizer, who is no more alive. Saddam was hanged on the first day of Eid, December 30, 2006 at approximately 6:00 a.m. He appeared so calm and did not tremble, fearless in the final moment of the execution.

Saddam refused to wear a black hood over his head and told him, "Don't be afraid”. Al-Rubaie who was a witness to Saddam's executionreportedly asked Saddam if he had any remorse or fear, to which Saddam replied, "No, I am a militant and I have no fear for myself. I have spent my life in jihad and fighting aggression. Anyone who takes this route should not be afraid."

I salute the dignity and pride Saddam showed as a country’s former ruler in the face of death. Saddam died a martyr’s death.

Saddam was president of Iraq from July 16, 1979 until April 9, 2003, when he was deposed during the 2003 invasion of Iraq by U.S.-led forces.

When he was captured in November of 2003, the revolution against American troops increased in ferocity. The rest of Iraq is a deadly war zone, which is neither under the control of ‘Coalition Forces’, put in place by the Bush-Blair combo, nor under the control of the puppet Iraqi government. After his death, it will redouble in intensity again.

George Bush December 30, 2006 is a “milestone”; not just in Iraq’s history, but in World’s history, because this was the day when all hopes of peace in Iraq completely disappeared. Saddam’s execution was designed and timed to show the world that “we don’t care what you think; we do what we please, by mean we like - fair or foul”
Saddam Hussein died a martyr. Let’s pray for his soul rest in peace.

What’s your view with Saddam’s execution?
Was it a fair decision?
May be he was wrong with in-human activity,
But he is also executed in the same way,
Is the Judgment a balancing thought or a Tit for tat ?

Wish My dear Parents, Gurujis, Friends & Relatives a very Happy New Year 2007 !!

Bye 2006, Bye cherry-talk; welcome 2007, welcome willow-talk !!

Following is the summary about the ' Reminiscence in 2006 '

January – Beginning of the year 2006 we were hunting for the projects, quite often I was traveling from Virudhunagar (home town) to Coimbatore. By January end we got settled with the project at Wipro Technologies, Bangalore after hell lot of confusions. We met a person named RAJAMOHAN (currently Project Leader of Wireless LAN Semi IP Team, Wipro Technologies). I need to jot some thing about him; he is very different personality in a team management level, always very approachable, he knows how to make others work & to get the work done from them by creating a interest!!

February – I was assigned for development of SimSniffer (for Wireless LAN data packets), I thought I am finished since I was offered VC++ to do develop , then Lakshmi Narayanan joined me for the project, who is my college-mate , one can never see such a responsible person in their life. He is very straight forward; we call him ‘Pullee’ (I guess in Malayalam it means brilliant chap). Then our project got started. We had to present something in our college to for the review.

College Review (Fun spot for lecturers): The lectures of my college think as if there were the brilliant persons & they conduct the review, who blasts us for no reason. They should be asked to code then they will know the difficulty, that doesnt mean that i am coding master,my point is they questions in a very rough manner, I would suggest them please treat Students as a Students, do not screw them off with your dim-witted questions on the name of Project Reviews.

‘ The IT Department lecturer’s conducts project review not to test what the students have done, but to show to other students, staff members that they can ask all sorts of questions, their point of ireview is to trap the student. ’ [Say I am wrong, just check the reactions of the staff members after a student project review, they will look like happiest persons in the world ,as if have achieved something gr8 ]

March – we had the final review!! Last month at the college as a Student, It was a very saddles moment of my life. I need to quit my college leaving my friends, 5 yrs of relationships, certain undefined relations, good & bad moments. I was not sure when I will be meeting my friends again.

Final Day @ College: All my friends had left the college; I and Vijay Krishnan (Psycho) were left alone at hostel. I felt to go far walk to the hut (petty shop, where we usually hang over in the evening) which is near to the Railway station. I still have the image of the hut owner Babu anna’s feeling that he showed towards us on that day. He couldn’t utter a word. Babu anna is our 41st classmate (friend) whom we all interact with whose family is very kind and very noble to us. That last day I felt as if I have lost something at the moment, got no words to describe it. I am sure everyone who studied in the college would have faced it. A painfull end to the college life though I didn’t want.

April – We four Pullee, Prabhu, Srini and myself continued with the project after the final review. Latchu started digging unfathomable in to VC++ code and wireless LAN data packets. Though I could understand the hardcore concepts of Wireless LAN packets, my mind couldn’t accept something that is without an interface, designs, flash, images. I don’t know why my mind is very narrow towards the graphics & multimedia. Let me see how my future goes. So I made my mind to quit the team once the project is done. We used to visit our friend’s house which is near to Airport Road, just go & have a bang, the only let out for us.

May – I and Prabhu got released from the team, Since we thought Semi IP team is not our cup of tea to work with. So we planned to undergo Wipro’s training and join some project in IT service. Only thing I felt bad for when I left the team is for the man Raja Mohan, because the first person whom we met in Wipro Technologies in a very Concerned, Motivating, Mokkai, Funny, Interesting manner. Even our college staffs weren’t like him. Then we moved to Chennai.

June – Chennai was not, what I actually thought of. It has an exception with the climatic condition, but then it’s ok with the rest. I find it difficult & very uncomfortable with the hot climate its all because I stayed in Coimbatore for about 5 yrs. It’s fact that who had resided in Coimbatore can never manage with the Chennai climatic condition.

July – Had a great experience in staying in Chennai with the IT Balaji, Madan & Logesh house. I had a chance to meet two interesting persons Issac and Singh, funny guys. Singh always praises Bangalore and good in playing suduku. Balaji handsome dude, who has got loads of ambition and one day I am sure he will reach the top of the hill. Madan machi always waits for Saturday night. I had very big gang in the company where is worked in Chennai Karthik, Pradeep, Naresh, Smart Sridhar, Bangalore Sridhar, Rekha, Instructor Deepa , Rakesh, Rajkumar, Vijay and more. It was actually a great experience, I learnt lot with them. One day we got the call from Wipro Technologies asking us to report to Sarjapur campus on July 28th. Myself & Prabhu joined Wipro Technologies on then same date. Since we did our final semester project we didn’t have the training we were allocated directly to the project. But all we need to attend is Impact training.

August – The very 1st week, we had the Impact training; it’s a mix of interesting as well as boring session. Got the introduction with the MCA peoples Anish, Akhila , Anupama , Renu, Jamuna though we were in the same college I have never seen them before and few more peoples Ranjan, Alka , Guru, Chidembaresh , Mani . I was allocated to a retail based project. I, Alka, Ranjan was teamed this time. Between Rajamohan sir compelled Prabhu to join back the team, & he accepted this time. We met Mr.Tejas, he had his intro, and the next week onwards we were asked to go through the documents which are similar to out college subjects. Only difference is that time in colleges I read for the examination sake, but this time I read with my own interest for the project sake.

September – Once sweet incident happened. I don’t know HINDI, I can just understand, that too just very few words. If somebody talks I can understand it little bit by guessing it. May be it is right or wrong. No other go, I had no other choice. I was irritated to stay with the team due to the language barrier. Say, when a discussion is happening (it starts English) , when the topic becomes serious what my team members used to do is they starts speaking in Hindi since at that point they we feel comfortable with their mother tongue. Not knowing HINDI is not my fault, because I didn’t get a chance to watch Hindi movies. I am not justifying myself, but then I always feel bad because I couldn’t talk in Hindi. I am helpless with this issue. It might take some more time to get set.

Let me come to Incident, There was person named Sheeba in my team, initially I hated her because she speaks only Hindi, that too loudly. Then one day I came to know that she is from Tamilnadu. I was shocked because I couldn’t judge because of the way she talks Hindi in pacca accent without any breaks. I met her once during the Lunch time; I asked whether you are from Tamilnadu? She replied me ‘Yes’. Then she asked me where am I from, I said I am from Virudhunagar which is near Madurai. She told she is from Coimbatore. Then she asked me where did I do my graduation from, I replied I am from Amrita Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. She was shocked to hear this, since she replied she is also from the same college. Finally I learnt that she is 2004 pass out and from ECE department. I was happy at least there is one Tamil speaking soul in my team. I celebrated the birthday with them; we had cake cutting too; which my team had arranged for me. Thanks to my teammates.
